We have yet to meet a person who has walked through our doors at Banshee that doesn’t care about their body composition. In fact, it rates as the most popular reason to begin a new health and nutrition program.  Regardless of your own personal thoughts on the goal, to look good, it is hard to get around the fact that most (if not all) people report looking healthy and fit is important to them. 

While you may share the same goal as everyone else, our approach to getting you there is highly individualized. 

In our first meeting, the No Sweat Intro, we want to find out what makes you tick; What’s worked for you in the past? What you know does not work? The kinds of things you like, what your days look like, what fun looks like to you, who is in your life to support you in your goals, what kind of connections do you like to make.

After our initial meeting we like to continue to check in with you. Not just during a workout to make sure everything is moving well, but to sit down with you one on one about every 3 months.  We want to celebrate how far you’ve come and focus in on the next step in that journey. 

We do these goal reviews because as you learn more about you through fitness and nutrition, your path takes new turns.  Often these turns are towards goals you never thought possible, or obstacles you don’t want to face alone.
