As I neared my thirties and realized I didn’t feel good and I didn’t like how I looked. I tried to get back into working out. There were a few stutter starts with a general gym membership at the large gym by my house.
In early 2010 I realized I couldn’t do it on my own and found a CrossFit gym. I had never heard of it before but was very intrigued by the idea of it. Almost immediately I loved the community and support and the fact that the workout was different every day. I lost 80 pounds and with the success I found through CrossFit and better nutrition, I felt the need to help others discover and create their wellness lifestyle.
